Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Kinder Spring, we're committed to providing thoughtful and impactful services for every family we work with. Please review our policy below before making a booking or purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your booking or service up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without any penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund, unless under exceptional circumstances (to be reviewed case-by-case).
  • To cancel, please email us at contact@thekinderspring.com or contact your assigned coordinator.

Refund Policy

  • Services once availed are non-refundable.
  • This includes therapy sessions, consultations, assessments, or any service-based packages that have been partially or fully delivered.
  • In case of a technical issue or failure on our end to deliver a booked session, we will offer rescheduling or credit for future use.
  • Refund Processing Time: Where refunds are applicable, they will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of approval. The credited amount will reflect in your bank account or original payment method within this timeframe.

Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your session once, provided we are informed at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as availed and not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
