Shipping Charges:
Domestic Shipping: Free of charge.
International Shipping: Charged at actual courier and customs costs, calculated at checkout or communicated separately.
- Order Tracking:Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
- Delays:Delivery timelines may be affected by regulatory checks, courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures. Such delays are beyond our control.
Exchange & Return Policy

Once delivered, products cannot be exchanged or returned, under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/videos of the package and product
After verification, we will take appropriate corrective action at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
